Falcon Law PC is a Canadian law firm built to provide legal services in a practical, responsive, and largely virtual way. We work with entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, families, and individuals across Canada, with a significant focus on business, corporate, and commercial law.
I’m Raz Toor, the founder of Falcon Law PC. Much of our work involves real business decisions and transactions — buying and selling businesses, reviewing franchise agreements, preparing commercial contracts, advising healthcare and professional practices, working with e-commerce and online businesses, and providing ongoing corporate legal support. We also maintain active immigration and real estate practices.
Most matters can be handled virtually from start to finish. Where the scope is clear, we regularly offer flat-fee or phased arrangements, and we place a strong emphasis on responsive communication so clients know where their matter stands and what happens next.
For clients who prefer to meet in person, Falcon Law PC also maintains physical office locations in Ontario.

Falcon Law PC was founded by Raz Toor, an Ontario business lawyer called to the Bar in January 2020. Raz works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals on corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions, franchise transactions, healthcare practices, and commercial agreements.

Advised on an approximately $560,000 Ontario pharmacy acquisition, including due diligence, lease, franchise, inventory, and closing matters.
Reviewed and negotiated a professional services agreement valued at up to $500,000 for a Canadian technology company contracting with a major university.
Assisted with the acquisition of a digital media business, including ownership transfer, platform access, revenue transition, and post-closing handover.
Prepared terms of service and privacy documentation for a SaaS and trading-technology platform operating in Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
Acted on a US$1.25 million share purchase of a transportation business involving bank financing, vendor financing, and closing documentation.
